Lasting Powers of Attorney

As no one knows what is going to happen in the future, it is important to ensure that you are
protected should any unforeseen events occur. A correctly drafted and executed Lasting Power of
Attorney will ensure that you decide who can look after you and your assets if you are unable to do
this yourself.
We will discuss with you how the documents work and take instructions about who will be involved.
Once we have ensured that the forms are corrected executed, we will attend to the various registration formalities at the Office of Public Guardian. We can meet you in the office or at home and will work on a competitive fixed fee arrangement so you will know from the outset how much
this will cost.
