Collaborative Family Law

In a lot of cases, a particular family issue can affect a variety of areas. That is why we offer a resolution of your family disputes by using the collaborative process. Kathryn Cooper has been trained to deal with cases in the collaborative way and is one of only a few collaborative lawyers in the North East.  Collaborative lawyers are committed to dealing with cases in a sensitive manner and without attending court.  Whilst family breakdowns are always difficult times, we recognise that some clients prefer a non-adversarial approach in resolving matters.
